Washington, DC Pick-up Soccer is a coed soccer group that plays mostly year-round. We aim to be a site for organized games anytime there is demand for one or more. We require your help, participation and ideas.  Everyone is welcome, and we'd like be able to break-out according to skill level. Initial games were just Tuesdays and Thursdays at The Ellipse (south end) at 5:45 p.m. But now there are several locations, such as the Saturday game in Maryland which almost never skips their game.  RSVP …

We play casually, not competitively. That's not to say there aren't some REALLY good players in our group, but we all have the basic understanding that we're out here for FUN, not to win a world cup or to break legs. This is a group for any adults interested in a fun pickup game of soccer. All skills levels are welcome. I started this group as there are no active meetup soccer groups in the Woodbridge area. I have only participated in soccer clinics in Fairfax so I am looking for someone who is experienced and would like to co-run the group with me. My goal is to have at least a game every weekend- weather pending- and if there is interest, a weekday game. Looking forward to seeing everyone on the field!
